- Return Policy
We allow returns within 30 days of receiving the product. If you need to return an item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
● The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
● All original accessories and documents (such as manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned.
● Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. - Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
● Contact us: Send an email to maincrowngo@knobcouture.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
● Obtain a Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization, along with detailed return instructions.
● Prepare for return: Package the product according to the return instructions and attach the Return Authorization information.
●Send the product: send the product to the specified address. Please keep the mailing receipt for reference. - Exchange policy
If you want to exchange the product, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product. The exchanged product must meet the same conditions as the return. There is no additional shipping cost for the exchange, unless the price of the exchanged product you request is different. - Refund processing
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned through your original payment method, and the specific arrival time may vary depending on the bank’s processing speed. - Situations that do not meet the return policy
The following situations do not meet our return policy:
